Quote
In the Buy & Sell module, quotes can be created for line items on an RFQ/Quote Worksheet in two ways:
- Supplier - After receiving the RFQ, the supplier creates the quote on the RFQ/Quote Worksheet and submits it. The buyer is notified that a quote from the supplier has been received.

- Buyer - If a supplier submits a quote by phone or fax, instead of using the Buy & Sell module, the buyer can manually enter the quote on the RFQ/Quote Worksheet. A telephone icon appears with the quote to identify it as a manual entry.

Note: Each supplier can see only his/her quotes on the Worksheet (including any quotes entered manually by the buyer). Only the buyer can see all suppliers' quotes.
