Notes on Pinout and Package

- Pinout and package data is not available for all parts. If no data exists, the VIEW PINOUT and VIEW PACKAGE buttons are not displayed on the Part Details page.
To see an example of pinout and package data, search for part number AM2905DC manufactured by AMD. In the search results, click the part number link to reach the Part Details page.
- Package drawings are in Drawing Web Format (DWF). To view DWF files, you need a copy of the Autodesk WHIP! viewer. The viewer is free and can be obtained by clicking the WHIP! icon on the Part Details page to go to the download Web site (www.autodesk.com/whip). The site provides complete download and installation instructions, as well as information on using the viewer.
- After viewing a package drawing, use your browser's Back button to return to the Semiconductors database.
