Research Module
The Research module provides information on a wide variety of electronic components, including integrated circuits, discrete semiconductors, optoelectronics, passives, connectors, switches, relays, IC sockets, batteries, fuses/circuit protection devices, heat sinks, transformers, power supplies, fans/blowers, crystals/crystal oscillators and more. Over 102 million parts from approximately 2,800 manufacturers can be found in the database.
Depending on your registration or subscription level of access, you can search for parts and documents using a variety of search techniques, and once a part is located, you can see detailed information, including device status, manufacturer, and parameters (technical characteristics). The manufacturers' data sheets and related documents (application notes, end-of-life and product change notices, revision histories, etc.) are also provided in PDF format. For selected semiconductor devices, you can also access pinout information and package drawings.
