• · Must have sales experience in the electronic component and semiconductor industry.

• · Lead global inspection and test team in properly assessing the quality of incoming electronic components and semiconductors from PartMiner’s suppliers.
• · Develop and maintain appropriate in-house inspection and testing capability and protocols.
• · Create and manage 3rd party testing partnerships for testing capabilities we choose to outsource.
• · Drive implementation of IDEA, ISO, and ESD standards and ensure proper training throughout the inspection teams in each region.>
• · Provide oversight, guidance and training for all aspects of the inspection process.
• · Reduce the number and dollar amount of quality related material returns by our customers.
• · Oversee the PartMiner Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO, ESD, IDEA and other industry certifications.
• · This position has 2 direct reports: The Asia Quality Director and the Shenzhen Test Center Manager.

•  · B.S. degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical field.
• · 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, with broad knowledge of electronic components and semiconductors from a wide range of global suppliers.
• · 3-5 Years experience in Quality Assurance/Control, including inspection and testing of a broad spectrum of electronic components.
• · Knowledge of IT quality control measures and systems.
• · Experience performing validation tests and interpreting results, utilizing a broad range of testing equipment/methods and knowledge of electronic component specifications.
• · Proficient in identifying substandard or counterfeit electronic components.
• · Understanding and use of appropriate statistical sampling standards.
• · Strong written and oral communication skills.
• · Understanding of ISO, AS9120, ESD and other industry standards related to quality processes.
• · Prior experience managing a team and excellent teamwork/collaboration skills.
• · Computer proficiency.
• This position is located in Farmingdale, NY and reports to the CFO.
• Travel is less than 10% to China and Germany warehouse locations.
