David Churchill

David Churchill

is Chief Executive Officer serving since June 2010. He joined PartMiner from Agilent where he worked for 5 years as vice president and general manager of businesses in the electronic test and measurement and networking markets.

With over 25 years experience in the high technology industry. David has leveraged his international sales and marketing background to deliver increased revenue growth and profitability by building and executing new market and channel strategies. A renewed focus on business fundamentals has delivered significantly increased financial performance by the teams of managers working with David . Prior to joining Agilent he worked at Tektronix, the Fluke Corporation and Genstar. David holds a technology degree in electronics engineering from Sheridan College and a bachelor’s degree from York University, both in Canada.

Jeff Greenblatt

Jeff Greenblatt

joined PartMiner in June 2006.  He is currently its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, responsible for worldwide legal, HR and sourcing matters. 

Jeff brings over 20 years of legal experience in both public and private companies, law firms and the judiciary. Prior to joining PartMiner, Jeff was Assistant General Counsel for TeleTech Holdings, Inc., an international, billion dollar, publicly traded, business process outsourcing company, handling the legal affairs of TeleTech's hosted technology/software subsidiary, and all IP and procurement legal matters for TeleTech. Prior to TeleTech, Jeff was General Counsel and Secretary for Tanning Technology Corporation, an international, publicly traded, IT services/software company. Jeff's corporate experience also includes stints with Rational Software Corporation (now owned by IBM) and MediaOne Group, Inc. (then the third largest cable company, now owned by Comcast).

Rick Hobbs Rick Hobbs joined Partminer in July of 2009 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him 25 years of diverse financial and operational leadership experience in both services and manufacturing businesses. Rick was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for Alliente, a venture backed start-up that developed and executed the first successful large scale outsourcing model in the procurement BPO space. Prior to Alliente, Rick had a successful 16 year career with Hewlett Packard where his experience included financial leadership positions in three manufacturing businesses, Director of Accounting Operations for HP’s worldwide financial services organization, and Global Strategic Sourcing Director for indirect procurement.   Rick holds a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University (Ohio).
Frank Winsor Frank Winsor is the Chief Information Officer, responsible for product design and content management. Frank has more than 22 years of experience in the electronics information field. In Frank's previous role, he managed CAD database conversion and library outsourcing for Cadence Design Systems. Additionally he project managed process improvement projects for many Fortune 500 customers of Cadence. From 1998 to 2002 Frank managed the content coordination and translation effort at SpinCircuit where he assisted in the development of a format neutral platform for sharing PCB Design data. Prior to that role Frank was the Director of Information Manufacturing at Information Handling Services where he was instrumental in the content development of the CAPSXpert database. Frank is a graduate of San Diego State University.
Michael Thompson Michael Thompson is Vice President of Worldwide CAPS Sales and joined PartMiner in February 2004. He has over 20 years of experience with the CAPS product line, providing customer support, marketing support, and as a sales leader.  Prior to joining PartMiner, Michael was at Information Handling Services, where he held various positions including Account Manager, Sales Manager of Global Engineering Documents, and Telecom Vertical Manager. While at Information Handling Services, he received the Excel award for outstanding performance twice, and was a winner of the Millionaire Club sales award for exceptional sales performance.  Michael earned a certificate for commercial mixed gas diving at the College of Oceaneering and has attended Arapahoe Community College and Columbia College.
Dario De Paolis Dario De Paolis is Vice President of Worldwide Component Sales serving since August 2010.  He joined PartMiner from inCalibre Corporation where he worked for two years as President and co-founder of a software business focused on IT operational efficiency.  With over 25 years experience in the high technology industry, Dario has leveraged his international sales and marketing background to deliver increased revenue growth and profitability by building and executing new market and channel strategies.  Prior to inCalibre Corporation, Dario held leadership positions at Danaher Corporation where he served as Director of Worldwide Sales for Fluke Corporation, Business Unit Manager and Director of Sales Operations.  Dario holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Seneca and is a graduate of the AeA/Stanford Executive Institute.

L. Christopher Meyer is Chairman, serving since November 2001 and has been a Director since March 1999. From 1985 until November 2001, Chris was instrumental in developing Information Handling Services Group, Inc. (IHS) from a $50 million microform-based company serving the engineering community into a $500 million diversified information company serving a variety of professional and business markets. By 2001 virtually all of IHS's revenues were Internet-derived. From 1996 until 2001, Chris was President of IHS; prior to that time, he was CFO. He was also Chairman & CEO of IHS Energy, the foremost energy information company in the world, which he established.

John E. Haegele is the retired President of TBG, a multi-billion-dollar diversified conglomerate. John joined PartMiner's Board in March 2004 and represents Vulcan Securities, an affiliate of TBG and one of PartMiner's larger shareholders.

Tony Askew is Managing Director and one of the founding partners of Reed Elsevier Ventures in late 2000 and manages the fund. Tony joined Reed Elsevier Ventures from the SOFTBANK/News Corporation European joint venture fund, eVentures, after a period in consulting where he led the Arthur Andersen eBusiness service line in Europe. Tony currently serves on the boards of Babylon and Siperian. Previously, Tony served with AllBusiness.com (acq: Dun and Bradstreet), Business.com (acq: RH Donnelly), iPhrase (acquired by IBM), Intraspect (acquired by Vignette), Netli (acq: Akamai) and SRD (acq: by IBM). Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, graduating with honors from the University of London.

Eben Moulton is co-founder and managing director of Seacoast Capital Corporation. Eben has served as a Director since March 1999.

David S. Wachter is a founding partner of W Capital Partners. David has extensive experience in investment banking and private equity, having completed over 100 private financings, initial public offerings and merger and acquisition transactions.Prior to the founding of W Capital in 2001, David held senior roles as an investment banker and private equity investor for 15 years at Lehman Brothers, Jefferies and Unterberg. David served as a founding partner, managing director, and head of corporate finance over that period. He also led industry groups in information technology, Internet and business services. David holds an MBA with distinction from New York University and a BS in Engineering, magna cum laude, with a major in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Tufts University.
