We covered line cards and inventories for 15,072 vendors in 2008. This includes more than 7,000 in Asia, 4,000 in the Americas and 3,000 in Europe. We purchased components from 5,986 of these vendors which include franchise distributors, independent stocking distributors, independent brokers, and excess inventory sources. Additionally we purchased components directly from more than 700 component manufacturers.

This vast, strategic sourcing network served nearly 12,000 active customers last year. PartMiner received purchase orders from 2,724 customers in Asia (1,182 in China), 4,621 in the Americas and 4,577 in Europe.

PartMiner achieves all of this with a team of more than 300 component professionals around the globe (200 in Asia). We have sourcing professionals on the ground in the world’s trading centers and in touch via every means of communication available.

We track market information at a granular level, recording details about quotes, inventories, prices, vendors, customers and manufacturers. We also help customers identify alternate parts in order to save money on obsolete and hard-to-find parts. So when we need to source a part, we immediately know where in the world it can be found.
